Rich is a native of Colorado and a graduate from Palmer High School. He and his wife, Kiku, have been married for 12 years and are raising two daughters (ages 10 and 12) and one son (age 7). Rich is an energetic and involved father, who coaches his daughters' basketball and softball teams. He is very concerned about a quality education for the children in District 11 schools. And, as a small businessman (private freight company), Rich understands what high gas prices, affordable and accessible health care coverage, and a weakening economy can mean to the voters of House District 16. He is running for office to represent the middle-class voter, like himself, who works every day, pays the bills and feels as if the people at the Capitol don't listen. |
